• How long does a detail take?

  • This is determined by the condition of your vehicle and your expectations. We strive to get our vehicles cleaned above our customer’s expectations, certain conditions such as sand, pet hair, and unmaintained vehicles will have a longer turnaround. We strive to stay in touch during the cleaning process with updates and pictures.

• Do I have to drop the vehicle off at your location?

  • We prefer you to drop the vehicle off, but we may pick up the vehicle from your location if it is within the local area for an extra fee. We may drop it back off as well, contact us for more information.

• Do you have a waiting area?

  • We do not have a waiting area. Customers typically drop off and have a friend pick them up, uber, or have us drop them off at a specified location for an extra fee.

• What products do you use?

  • Due to the wide variety of cases we come across, we use various products to help break down dirt, organic matter, smoke/odors, etc from multiple cleaning companies.
